Be honest. Are you getting enough physical activity in the run of a day or week? If so, please tell us how/what you do...

Usually yes!!
I do it by scheduling my workouts (my ticker is out of date... need to update it, made last month's goal no problem)... I work out before work 3 times per week, I use the day care at the gym on Mondays and Saturdays and Sundays when I work out (as I don't work then).
As for activities, I do Spinning Classes, Step Classes and Weight Training Classes. I am starting back with Running next week (my husband will watch our daughter).

My active phases come and go. I make an effort to at least go out for a walk after supper with the family.
When I'm active (like now), I usually go to the gym 2 x week, go for a brisk walk or job 2 x week, take a fitness class 1 x week and I'm doing a ballet class 1 x week. I find signing up for different classes once in a while really helps keep it interesting. I think it's good to change up your routine so your body doesn't get too used to what's going on either.

My physical activity level is pretty good. I run 3-4X a week, usually between 20-25 km. My dh is very supportive and he stays with our ds while I go out in the evenings. I also can slip in the shorter runs on my work lunch break. I also play volleyball once per week from October - May. I'll never be skinny again, but I feel that with my activity level I am quite healthy, and that matters more to me than a number on the scale.

Yes I am. I take TONS of walks every week, min of 14, that's twice daily. I also lift weights now, and work on toning the rest of my body.
But it takes an effort to fit the time in between the things I "should" be doing.

Well, all I could say is I love to walk, walk, walk. For my birthday, DH pleaded and pleaded on getting a puppy (me saying no just doesn't work anymore in most casesLOL) so we went and got a Blue Heeler mix female puppy named Bella, and really, in the end, it is ALL worth it. BEcause dogs needs lots of exercise, it is a good opportunity for me to take her out walking in the evenings, and we don't regret it getting her (even our landlords don't know it yet ). As a result, I have more energy, and Bella is good and calm without biting. Without her, I have no motivation to do it myself.

ours is a very busy household EVERYONE has a sport of some kind - I play Women's soccer and even though I am well over 35 and could play on an over 35 team I don't . I'm still keeping up with the 18-34 year old out there tough yes but defintily makes me run harder and try to remain more fit.
My DH and bike from our home in the far SE of the city to Downtown atleast a couple of time a months (it's almost 30 km each way - an hour and a half of biking) We also do some major bike rides with the kids as often as possible when the weather is good on the weekends. We also walk pretty much everywhere, if it is possible we walk to most destinations. During the winter we swim, go to the gym and play indoor Co-Ed soccer as well as play on our mens and ladies teams. And often are coaching atleast one of the kids in whatever their sport is.

I walk my youngest to and from school. Like another member above, we have a dog and he HAS to go for daily walks/runs. I also go to the pool a few times per week. I go early - before the kids are up. That way, I don't feel as though I'm missing family time. Sometimes it's tough to go, especially in the winter when it's so cold and still dark, but the benefits are more than worth it.

I walk over a mile to work 3 days a week, and I have a physical job. I do stay fit with walking and yard work.
I often think I would like to join hockey or ringette again, or even sign up for yoga or the gym, but I can't commit the time and money so I just stick with the free stuff.
