Has the arrival of spring lifted your spirits? If so, how? Is this your favourite season??

I won't be happy until it is officially spring, and that means that the sun is out and the snow it melting and it is above zero!
Go Away winter! It is supposed to be spring!
ETA: If you are talking about new beginnings then I have something to happy about. I am starting my own homebased business and I am very excited about it! That being said I also have a hair cut booked and can't wait!

Spring represents new beginnings and a fresh start to me - Trees budding, flowers emerging, and birds returning. There is so much new life that surrounds us, and every year mother nature continues to amaze me.
This is my most favourite time of year .

I am happy that the inches and inches of ice are leaving my driveway and soon I will not have a permanent puddle to park in. We've been chipping away at the ice for a couple of weeks as well as bailing water. You know it's bad when the neighbor comes to help. We've logged in about 15 hours so far.

I love love love spring, but it's not here yet either. We have only had 2 melting days and it's been cold again.

I saw my crocus & daffodils poking through the dirt last week - then we got snow! LOL
I'm looking forward to seeing the buds on the trees & flowers bloom. Then I will be complaining due to allergies! ROFL

Spring is my favourite time of year; it's so nice to shed the layers and pull out a light jacket again. The smell of spring re-energizes me when I have had enough of the long winter and it seems that the whole neighbourhood comes out of hibernation. The flowers are starting to poke through the ground, the days are longer and it just feels good to get out again. Yipee!

Despite snow slowly melting, I am looking forward to spring as I am taking the boys outside more often, and DH is looking forward to going back to work in WARM weather and on clear street to work (he walks five minutes to work). And I can't wait to have flowers planted in the pots and decorate along the balcony and the doorstep area.

It won't feel like spring to me until temperatures are consistantly above 0.
