When My Son was in the hosp they had pamper size 1 the same as you get in the store only they didnt have the seseme st ppl on it and they had a line down the middle that turned blue when they got wet , does anyone know if you can by them anywhere like that ?

My hospital carried the same ones. I think they are "hospital grade" and are sold in bulk to hospitals only but I could be wrong.

They are made specifically for the hospital - I asked the nurse when we were in the hospital last week. She said it is the type made specifically and only for hospital contracts so they know if baby is wet without taking the diaper off or touching it.

They also make preemie size diapers (smaller than newborn) that I don't think you can buy either.

Actually I've seen the premie size at my local walmart. I almost bought them for DD by accident. She was still in newborn (surprisingly at her birthweight), and I just picked up the smallest size. Wasn't until I put something else in the cart that I actually read what was on the package.
