How long did it take you to lose your baby weight?

3.5 years, and I'm almost there. I was lazy though. No excuses.

After the first -maybe a month. I did not have to try. It just came off on it's own.
After the second - 5 months. I had 40lbs to loose. It came off by following Dr Phils weight loss meal plans.
After the third - 9 months. I had 50 lbs to loose. Nothing came off on it's own. I had to diet and exercises daily. I had to work hard to take off every lb just to get pregnant again in the same month I reached my goal weight. lol
After the fourth - 12lbs to go after 5 months. Total of 50 lbs to loose. 20lbs came off on their own. The last 30 I had/have to work at. Still working...

With my first I walked out of the delivery room lighter then before I got PG.
All of the others the weight was off within 6 weeks. I only gained about 20lbs with each of them

Most came off almost immediately for both pregnancies but an extra 5-10lbs stuck around until almost 18 months later.

I lost all but 5 lbs in the first 3 months, then after 13 months when I weaned I lost the rest and am a few lbs lighter than pre-pregnancy now. I have also lost a lot of muscle though.

With both it was almost as if all the weight came off in the delivery room Now if i could get rid of the emigrate to Canada and indulge yourself in yummy food I'd be happy lol

With DD1, I lost 40 within 6 weeks (had gained 50), but managed to hold onto that extra 10 lbs until I got pregnant with DD2.
With DD2, put that 40 back on. Lost it all within about 5 months.
So, still hanging on to that original extra 10. Hanging out with a flabby baby belly. Overweight to begin with, so I could stand to lost another 50....

with my first it took over 1 year I gained 45 lbs with him , my 2nd I gained 26 lbs and it took about 3 months , my 3rd it was a few weeks and I was below my pre weight but that was due to overactive thyroid , my 4th it took about 5 months but its so up and down with me I still have a jelly belly can hide it but , its all thyroid related to the up and down weight .
I found it was longer to lose weigh with the breastfed then the bottle fed ones .

I gained 100 lbs with DS and it took me about 9 months to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, no special dieting or exercise. 100 lbs due to eating 4L of ice cream and drinking 8L of 2% milk every week.
